OPMs are delighted to announce that Billy Garratt has been confirmed as 1st XV captain for this season.
Head coach, Andrew Williams, has confirmed that Billy will continue in this role with several seasons already under his belt.
Billy is looking forward to playing in Counties 3 Devon East with the boys this year. Its a new challenge and with several new faces, Billy will be leading from the front as always. Congrats big man.
