Hope you are all well and looking forward to a somewhat different return to rugby. We can confirm that from Monday 13 July some teams will be returning to training. To start on this road to return, we are beginning with the Contact age groups, that's from U9 upwards as of next season at the coach's discretion. There will be lots of changes especially to days and the types of training we can do.
The parent reps will be in touch very shortly with all the details you need. They will be requesting confirmation 48 hours in advance of your child's attendance so that 24 hours before your session they will message out your child's pod and coach so that there are no group gatherings before the session. If you do not confirm attendance your child will not be able to attend. These registers will be kept for NHS Test and Trace.
We would ask that you all adhere to the current government guidelines, and remind your child of these too. Hand hygiene and social distancing must be observed by the children and the parents/spectators. No mixing of pods and they must keep to their pod areas. The toilets will be open, but not the kitchen.
Any symptoms of Covid-19 please do not attend, and if you are any of your family have symptoms please inform your parent rep.
