The ones travelled to Withycombe RFC knowing they were in good form and had not lost in 5 games. However a strong squad and solid game plan meant that the boys came away with a hard fought and deserved victory.
Tenacious defence against a strong Withy attack , a solid platform in scrum and lineout and some excellent backs play saw the boys come from 7-0 down to win 10-7. A cracking team try from Will Mills and a great effort from Matt Smale was enough for the win.
Delighted for the boys as they give their all to win another close away game. There were points left out there from attack and the tee so we know we have more to come. Superb victory fellas.
