OPM Mini Music Fest

Sat 29th Aug 2020 @ King George V Playing Fields 14:00

We ask all people attending to follow current Government guidelines on Covid 19. In addition, we ask all attendees on the day, to comply with the following:

Please do not attend if you or any of you household have Covid symptoms , or if you have been asked to quarantine following foreign travel
Please bring a blanket and/or chairs for your family, and use this as a base, to maintain distance from other households. Please set up your base 2 m away from other people.
Please use hand gel on entry to the club house, and follow the floor markings for maintaining distance and the one way system we have in place
Please use the outside space as much as possible, and only enter the building to use the WC or to purchase food and drinks
Please comply with the track and trace measures we have in place- we will ask for a name and contact number from one member of each household attending
Please maintain social distancing from other households attending the event
We can accept both card payments and cash on the day, however we prefer contactless card payment please if possible
We are expecting a visit from the police at some point during the day- please support us by adhering to all the measures we have asked you to, so we can remain open, stay safe and avoid fines.
Food and drink will be served in disposable containers. We will provide bins. Please put your own litter in the bins provided (or take it home with you), so that our volunteer staff don't need to touch your rubbish unnecessarily, and we can keep the fields clean as well.
Please supervise your children and dogs, to avoid unnecessary contact with other households and members of the public.
Please respect our volunteer staff by heeding any advice and maintaining social distancing

Please come and have fun- but do adhere to these requests for all our benefit
