As you are probably aware, Simon Adams, aka the legendary 'Ginger Prince' passed away on 6th October 2011 aged 47 after a two year battle with Motor Neurone Disease. Simon was a highly regarded and much loved deputy head teacher, and an avid rugby enthusiastic and player for Southam, Windsor and OPM Rugby Clubs. Simons love affair with OPM saw him play, coach, manage and Chair. All roles were carried out with excessive enthusiasm, great aplomb, much alcohol & he proved a catalyst for great times and many jolly memories!

Simon's legacy was to raise one million pounds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association Charity, in order to fund research and to one day have the statement 'you have MND' to be followed by 'but it is curable' and although a huge amount of money has been raised over the years, we are still continuing his strive to reach the one million target for the noble cause!
